1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan from our main hub in Nowshera, KPK.

• Local Delivery (Nowshera): Orders placed within Nowshera city limits are eligible for expedited or same-day/next-day delivery.

• Rest of Pakistan: We partner with reliable courier services (such as TCS, Leopard, or M&P) to deliver to all major cities in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and other parts of KPK.

2. Shipping Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• KPK (Including Peshawar & Nowshera): 1 – 3 business days

• Punjab & Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2 – 4 business days

• Sindh & Balochistan: 3 – 5 business days

• Remote Areas: 4 – 7 business days

Note: Deliveries may occasionally face unexpected delays due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier logistical issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Standard courier rates apply and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

• Free Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping on specific items or orders above a certain value. Please check our homepage for active promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Policies

To ensure maximum convenience and security, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for most orders.

• For high-value items (e.g., high-end gaming rigs, laptops, or custom PC builds), our team may contact you to request a partial advance payment via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash before dispatching the order.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Courier Tracking Number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment directly on the courier partner's official website.

6. Damages & Transit Insurance

At Naveed Computers, we package all electronic items securely using bubble wrap and heavy-duty boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• Please inspect the package before accepting it from the rider. If the outer packaging looks severely damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

• If you open the package and find your item damaged inside, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video unboxing the parcel.
